Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Genuine Home Offer website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. Genuine Home Offer is a registered DBA of MMS Real Estate Solutions LLC. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, interfere with anyone else's use of it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or its data. The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.
No Guarantee of an Offer
Submitting your address or contact information through the Site does not create any obligation on the part of you or Genuine Home Offer. It is a request for information and an opening to a conversation, nothing more. Any cash offer we may present is an estimate based on the details available to us and is non-binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Either party may decline to proceed at any point before that agreement is signed.
SMS & Text Messaging Terms
Program Description
This SMS messaging program is operated by MMS Real Estate Solutions LLC, doing business as Genuine Home Offer. When you check a consent box on a form at https://genuinehomeoffer.com, you opt in to receive text messages (SMS) at the mobile number you provide. Opt-in is collected only through our web forms, each using a dedicated, unchecked SMS consent checkbox, and we keep timestamped records of every opt-in.
Our forms offer two separate, optional consent checkboxes. The first covers non-marketing messages about your cash offer request and your property, such as replies to your inquiry, follow-up on your offer, scheduling a call, and customer support. The second, which is separate and optional, covers marketing messages about offers, updates, and services for selling your property. Checking either box is never a condition of receiving an offer or using our services.
Example non-marketing message: "Genuine Home Offer: Thanks for your request on 123 Main St — we're preparing your cash offer and will text it shortly. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Example marketing message: "Genuine Home Offer: New this month — we now buy homes in your area with no fees or repairs. Reply YES to learn more, STOP to opt out." After you text STOP we send one confirmation, for example: "You have been unsubscribed and will receive no more messages. Reply START to rejoin."
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting the keyword STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through a form on our website as you did initially, and we will resume sending messages you opt in to.

Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your request. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Carriers & Delivery
Our SMS program works with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide to opt in to our SMS program.
Mobile Data Protection
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Compliance & Privacy

Phone Calls, Automated Dialing & AI Voice
If you provide your phone number and consent, Genuine Home Offer (a DBA of MMS Real Estate Solutions LLC) and the people working with us may contact you by phone call and voicemail about your cash offer request using automated telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, which may include an AI-generated voice. Consent to receive automated, prerecorded, or artificial-voice calls is not a condition of selling your home or using our services, and message and data rates may apply.
Calls may be recorded for quality and training. If you are in California or another state that requires all parties to consent to recording, we will tell you at the start of the call that it may be recorded, and continuing the call is your consent to that recording.
You can opt out of calls at any time — tell us during any call, reply STOP to a text, or contact us at (310) 564-7937 or info@genuinehomeoffer.com. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, we place calls only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone, and we maintain an internal do-not-call list.
