Opt-in is collected only through our web forms, each using a dedicated, unchecked SMS consent checkbox, and we keep timestamped records of every opt-in.

Our forms offer two separate, optional consent checkboxes. The first covers non-marketing messages about your cash offer request and your property, such as replies to your inquiry, follow-up on your offer, scheduling a call, and customer support. The second, which is separate and optional, covers marketing messages about offers, updates, and services for selling your property. Checking either box is never a condition of receiving an offer or using our services.

Example non-marketing message: "Genuine Home Offer: Thanks for your request on 123 Main St — we're preparing your cash offer and will text it shortly. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Example marketing message: "Genuine Home Offer: New this month — we now buy homes in your area with no fees or repairs. Reply YES to learn more, STOP to opt out." After you text STOP we send one confirmation, for example: "You have been unsubscribed and will receive no more messages. Reply START to rejoin."

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting the keyword STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through a form on our website as you did initially, and we will resume sending messages you opt in to.

Carriers & Delivery

Our SMS program works with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide to opt in to our SMS program.

Mobile Data Protection

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. If you provide your phone number and consent, Genuine Home Offer (a DBA of MMS Real Estate Solutions LLC) and the people working with us may contact you by phone call and voicemail about your cash offer request using automated telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, which may include an AI-generated voice. Consent to receive automated, prerecorded, or artificial-voice calls is not a condition of selling your home or using our services, and message and data rates may apply.

Calls may be recorded for quality and training. If you are in California or another state that requires all parties to consent to recording, we will tell you at the start of the call that it may be recorded, and continuing the call is your consent to that recording.

We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, we place calls only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone, and we maintain an internal do-not-call list.
